Cherry tomatoes with fresh mozzarella wrapped in basil leaves
A light drizzle of Balsamic vinegar, a sprinkle of kosher salt and fresh-ground pepper, and you’re done.
I’ve done this before, except I also put a piece of toasted french bread rubbed with garlic and lightly drizzled with olive oil between the tomato& mozzarella. :)
