Something’s Got to Give, an unfinished remake of “My Favorite Wife” was the last film Marilyn Monroe worked on before her death in 1962.
She was stunning, and I personally believe at her best* during the production of this film…from these clips, you can just see the full, raw emotions, and that was truly Marilyn. In all of her glory and essence…
(*most matured as an actress; personally & emotionally, she was a mess around this time in particular).

I recently discovered that I have a simple outfit that the lovely Ms. Monroe had (and wore on one of the covers of Life magazine). How fun! :) Except my husband says that I look more like Jacqueline Kennedy in the Onassis years…I guess that I am okay with that, too! ;)
